We hope everyone is as excited about the Edge of Eternities Prerelease as we are!
Here is a quick breakdown of the Prerelease events, product release waves, prices, and special Edge of Eternities events coming this season.
Prerelease Events
Schedule: (Please pay attention to the new times for Saturday events!)
- Friday, July 25th – Single player Prerelease event – 6:30 PM
- Saturday, July 26th - Single player Prerelease event – 10:30 AM
- Saturday, July 26th– Two-Headed Giant Team Prerelease event – 4:30 PM
- Sunday, July 27th – Single player Prerelease event – 11:00 AM
Important Info:
We are expecting our prerelease events to be highly attended. Preregistration is highly encouraged! You can preregister here:

If you have preregistered for one of our events your ticket will be valid until 10 minutes after the event start time. If you will be running late please contact us by Discord or by phone. Players not present who have not notified us will forfeit their ticket with a refund, and the ticket will be sold to any players on the waiting list.
If you are unable to preregister for an event, there will be a first come, first serve in-person waiting list for each event.
All participants must have a valid Wizards account and must register within Wizards Eventlink using Magic Companion or with the assistance of a team member.

Product Release Waves
During the prerelease period this weekend we will be releasing stock in several waves. A limited amount of each item will be included in each wave. All waves are first come, first served.
- Wave 1: Friday, 25 July
- 11:00 AM - Open to all customers.
- Wave 2: Friday, 25 July
- 5:30 PM - Open to prerelease participants.
- 6:45 PM - Open to all customers.
- Wave 3: Saturday, 26 July
- 9:30 AM - Open to prerelease participants.
- 10:45 AM - Open to all customers.
- Wave 4: Saturday, 26 July
- 3:30 PM - Open to prerelease participants.
- 4:45 PM - Open to all customers.
- Wave 5: Sunday, 27 July
- 10:00 AM - Open to prerelease participants.
- 11:15 AM - Open to all customers.
In order to be eligible for a prerelease participant wave you must be a registered prerelease player for the current event within Wizards Eventlink.
Edge of Eternities Purchase Limits
1 Play booster box per person per day
1 Collector booster box per person per day
1 Bundle per person per day
1 of each Commander deck per person per day
Play booster packs - 6 per person per day
Collector Booster Packs - 2 per person per day
Customers will be able to begin to purchase Edge of Eternities in-store, following the limits described above, at 11 AM on July 25th. No preorders or online purchases will be accepted.

Edge of Eternities Season Special Events
Galaxy Explorers Series
Considering the Chocobo Racing Series for Final Fantasy was such a huge hit, we decided to implement our own Gaming Guild series for Edge of Eternities!
Earn points towards great prizes starting on August 1st until September 18th.
Points can be earned by attending Edge of Eternities Sealed or Draft events (excluding Regional Championship Qualifiers and Commander Box League). Players will earn 3 points for attending, and 1 point for each match win. Earn 10 points and you will receive a Gaming Guild designed play token pack, 20 points will get you a Gaming Guild designed pin, 30 points will earn you 2 Edge of Eternities Packs, and the 40 point award is a free entry to a MTG: Spider-Man Event!
Participation is free, just check in with a team member before leaving each event to get your points and prizes!
Commander Box League
This is a new event that Wizards has come up with that we have tweaked a bit for our community.
Entry is $185 and the event runs from July 28th until August 31st. Players will receive a booster box of Edge of Eternities which they will use to build a 60 card Commander deck. The event is sealed, meaning all cards stay in a locked pool during the league. Players will earn points by playing that earn free Edge of Eternities Packs. Two-Headed Giant Commander
Tuesday August 5th and September 2nd from 4-9PM
Two-Headed Giant Commander Night is a new Commander event in which players can earn promo cards by pairing up to battle other two-player teams. Each player has their own 100-card Commander deck, but they share a 60-point life pool. This event is a great way for new players to start exploring in-store play and for experienced players to introduce their friends to Magic. Each participant will receive one Edge of Eternities Commander promo.
All of our usual events will be occurring, such as Friday Night Magic, Sealed League, Commander Party, Store Championship, Modern, Premodern, and Value Vintage as well as the new Regional Championship Series season!
